Our Business
In 2015, the ownership of the Company was passed on to two long standing employees of the company, Antonio Peralta and Heide Mikkelsen. Under the new leadership, the plan is to keep the Company’s philosophy and direction true to Nick’s vision. The new owners will ensure that the quality of service and reputation that has been built since its inception continues to remain our top priority, while the Company carries forward to operate the business as usual.
Our Mission
Our team provides reliable solutions that meet or exceed all regulatory requirements, and ensures customer satisfaction. We have implemented policies to ensure that our engineers are appropriately trained and are fully capable of taking responsibility for their own projects. At the same time, we instill a team approach in tackling difficult projects and encourage a collaborative work environment.
Our Affiliates
N.J. Peralta Engineering Ltd. carries a Certificate of Authorization, and has staff that are designated as Consulting Engineers, issued by Professional Engineers Ontario, which enables our Company to provide professional engineering services directly to the public. The Company is currently a member of Canadian Society of Civil Engineers, Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (O.S.P.E.), Land Improvement Contractors of Ontario (L.I.C.O.) and the local Drainage Superintendents Association of Ontario (D.S.A.O.) Chapter 1.
